For years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with health coaches, including many amazing OPTAVIA coaches, on their branding and social media strategies. Through this experience, I repeatedly heard a common challenge: the immense time and effort required to consistently create engaging, compliant, and visually appealing content, especially around recipe ideas and social media posts.

I saw coaches juggling client calls, team building, personal health journeys, and trying to design graphics or brainstorm new recipes. It became clear that there was a need for a seamless, reliable solution to provide ready-to-use, high-quality content that truly supported their business growth.

That’s why I created Lean & Green Living – a place where health coaches can access an extensive library of OPTAVIA-friendly recipes and professionally designed social media templates, freeing up their valuable time to focus on what they do best: transforming lives.
